Items ship from the manufacturer's warehouse, so a pack may arrive in more than one delivery. Larger items can take longer; we'll tell you if anything has a longer lead time.
Is installation included?
No, packs are supply only. Wet room formers, showers and electrics should be fitted by a competent installer.
Can I return part of a pack?
