What we collect
Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order history, trade account/company details, and technical data (IP address, device, cookies). Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver orders (contract) – including sharing your name, address and phone with our manufacturer/supplier and couriers, who dispatch directly to you.
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation) – via our accounting software.
- To run trade accounts and answer enquiries (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails only where you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Shopify (store platform), our payment providers, our suppliers and couriers, our accountants and accounting software (Xero), and authorities where required by law. Some providers process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records for 6 years; account data while your account is active; marketing data until you unsubscribe.
