Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Stonebridge Supply Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17014335), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. Email: ben@stonebridgesupply.co.uk. Phone: 07830685290.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, e.g. if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly mispriced, and will refund any payment taken.

Prices

Retail prices include UK VAT at 20%. Trade prices are shown excluding VAT and are available only to approved trade account holders. Delivery is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland only (no Northern Ireland). Goods are dispatched by our supplier; lead times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive full payment.

Made-to-measure goods

You are responsible for checking measurements and specifications supplied to us. Made-to-measure items cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts, except if faulty.

Product information

Images are for illustration; minor variations in finish may occur. Products must be installed by a competent person in line with manufacturer instructions and current regulations.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. For business customers, our liability is limited to the price of the goods and we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or installation/labour costs.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
