Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK. Some Scottish Highlands and island postcodes may incur a surcharge or longer lead time; we will contact you before dispatch if so.
Delivery charges
- Orders of £250 or more (inc. VAT): free UK mainland delivery.
- Orders under £250: £14.95.
- A small number of low-margin items carry a flat £24.95 delivery charge, shown at checkout.
Dispatch times
Most stock items are dispatched directly from our manufacturer's warehouse and normally ship for next working day delivery when ordered before the daily cut-off, where the supplier allows. Larger items, pallets and made-to-measure products have longer lead times, shown on the product page or confirmed by email. Items from one order may arrive in separate deliveries.
On delivery
Please check goods on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery note. Report damage, shortages or wrong items within 48 hours to orders@stonebridgesupply.co.uk with photos.
