Pack FAQs
Can I change a part, size or colour?
Yes. Email orders@stonebridgesupply.co.uk with what you need and we'll quote the adjusted pack.
Will everything arrive together?
Items ship from the manufacturer's warehouse, so a pack may arrive in more than one delivery. Larger items can take longer; we'll tell you if anything has a longer lead time.
Is installation included?
No, packs are supply only. Wet room formers, showers and electrics should be fitted by a competent installer.
Can I return part of a pack?
Consumers can cancel within 14 days of delivery on unused, unfitted items in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our returns policy.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Fitters, contractors and housing associations can open a trade account.
