Delivery: Free UK mainland delivery (orders of £250 or more inc VAT). Larger items can take longer, and a bundle may arrive in more than one delivery. Not available to Northern Ireland or the islands.

Items ship from the manufacturer's warehouse, so a pack may arrive in more than one delivery. Larger items can take longer; we'll tell you if anything has a longer lead time.
Is installation included?
No, packs are supply only. Wet room formers, showers and electrics should be fitted by a competent installer.
Can I return part of a pack?
Consumers can cancel within 14 days of delivery on unused, unfitted items in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our returns policy.
